#H BAND APP INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO#
I am not sure how it is supposed to track that, so I am not sure how to check any of the sleep readings. This tracker is not very accurate for sleep monitoring. HR readings are also within acceptable rates.

If the readings are within 20 millimeters of mercury, which is how blood pressure is read, is considered accurate. Nurses are trained to take manual BP to check accuracy of automated systems.

I checked my husband’s readings against manual readings, they were only slightly off. The BP and HR readings are as accurate as can be. The monitor display is very quick to shut off, sometimes, I need a little more time to write the readings down. I do wish that this app would share data from this app to another. I like this device for the BP & HR monitoring capabilities. I bought this device for my husband, he recently had heart surgery, so it is important that he monitor his HR and BP. I was a RN for over 35 years, so BP (blood pressure) and HR (heart rate) monitoring is very important to me. Keep chipping away at it developers, you have a lot of potential for a great product here. I realize this is a free app but I’d be willing to spend a few bucks for the software developers to add a few “bells and whistles” to this program like the “big “A” has on their products. I don’t always have time or remember to do this. Question is ? Why can’t the Blood Pressure monitor also do that ? I have to stop what I’m doing and run the test for the BP to get data. I do like that the heart monitor randomly runs and collects data throughout the day. I did some tests and the heart rate, blood pressure, sleep and fitness functions appeared to be functional once again. I decided to pull it out, charge it and do some troubleshooting about a month ago and noticed it had a new orientation. I stopped using for a few weeks and stuck it in a drawer. Then it just showed a message that said it could no longer read any blood pressure. A few months ago the reading for blood pressure were so far off it was ridiculous. After eight months of usage this “Heart Watch” has gone through some developmental changes for certain.
